With over four decades of experience as a marketing executive and entrepreneur, I’ve made many career and life changes. I’ve received coaching that helped me through these changes, and have mentored and coached others over the years. This has given me a deep understanding of the value of having a trusted coach who listens, challenges, and provides meaningful support.

As a certified life coach, I bring the same strategic mindset to my coaching practice that fueled my marketing success. As someone continually redefining myself as I navigate my later years, I bring a blend of experience and empathy.
